Details: Betty Roberts discusses the general election results and the campaigns from her perspective as a long-recognized figure in politics.  She wll analyze what the outcome of the election means for the coming session of the state legislature and state government, and give speculations on how the new Congress and the new president will work on issues.  She will also talk about her new book “With Grit and By Grace: Breaking Trails in Politics and Law, A Memoir”.
